About FISHER
All-Welded Hulls
FISHER® boats are built tough from the ground up. Each of our boats begins with an all-welded hull, precision-crafted from high-quality
marine-grade aluminum. A full-length longitudinal stringer system filled with pressurized foam creates structural integrity and helps
the hull perform, ride and sound more like fiberglass than aluminum. Chevron hull bracing strengthens the bow in critical impact areas.
And since the stringer system is welded directly to the hull, bulkhead and transom, it produces a tough, rugged hull that cuts through
chop for a smoother, drier ride.
A five-step process ensures that each boat's attractive finish stands up to time and nature. The first step is a disc abrasion process that prepares the metal surface for painting and assures a smooth finish. Second, a chemical wash prevents oil and dust contamination. The third step is primer application, which provides a protective under-layer for the finish. Next is the tough polyurethane finish that gives the boat its glossy appearance. And finally, the hull is baked to create the most durable finish possible.
